2.1 Maintenance process

Customers contact Jiancheng Cloud Vision customer service ( service@giantsee.com ) to report the problem, and cooperate to provide relevant information SN (QR code at the bottom of the host), purchase order number (purchased by the supplier), device setting interface version picture and problem description picture or video.

Jiancheng Cloud Vision technical support staff will try to diagnose and solve customer problems by phone, email, or remote assistance. Jiancheng Cloud Vision may guide customers to download and install specified software updates.

If the problem cannot be solved by phone or application software update, the customer needs to send the product back for further testing. After the confirmation of Jiancheng Cloud Vision, the customer will send the equipment to the designated address provided by Jiancheng Cloud Vision within 7 natural days, and provide the corresponding logistics certificate.

The customer provides the address to Jiancheng Cloud Vision in order to return the device after the process is over. The address should be complete and include the recipient information, such as

If the product has its own performance failure caused by non-human factors during the warranty period, Jiancheng Cloud Vision will be responsible for the maintenance costs. If the tested product does not meet the conditions for free maintenance, Jiancheng Cloud Vision will charge the corresponding fee according to the specific problem, and the customer will arrange maintenance after confirming and completing the charge.

The maintenance is generally completed within 7 working days after the customer confirms the maintenance. If there are more difficult problems to deal with, it may be postponed. Jiancheng Cloud Vision will notify you separately.

After the maintenance is completed, Jiancheng Cloud Vision will send the product back to the address provided by the customer, and provide the logistics order number.

 

2.2 Maintenance costs

  1. Maintenance costs include: logistics costs + labor costs + material costs.
  2. The maintenance fee starts from 50 yuan/item.
  3. See the table below for some material costs.

2.3 Warranty service

Warranty service is available if all of the following conditions are met:

  • During the warranty period, there are quality problems caused by non-human factors. For the warranty period of main products and components, see 1. Product Warranty Period Table.
  • Provide a valid proof of purchase (the starting date of the warranty is calculated 90 days after the date of purchase shown on the proof or the date of delivery of the machine)

Warranty service is not available in any of the following situations:

  • Abrasion and appearance damage caused by use, including but not limited to scratches, dents and port plastic damage;
  • Consumable parts, such as batteries or protective films, that wear out over time;
  • Damage caused by use of third-party components or products;
  • Damage or water ingress caused by incorrect installation, use and operation not in accordance with the instructions;
  • Damage caused by using the product in harsh environment, such as strong wind, rainy day, sand and dust, etc.;
  • Improper use, failure or damage caused by abnormal use;
  • Failure or damage caused by improper use of chargers or batteries;
  • Damage caused by self-repair of assembly parts without official instructions;
  • Product damage caused by unauthorized repairs, modifications, etc.;
  • Damages caused by the provision of services (including upgrades and extensions) by anyone other than the representative of Jiancheng Cloud Vision;
  • Product damage caused by accidental factors or human actions;
  • Failure or damage caused by irresistible factors (such as fire, earthquake, flood, voltage instability, etc.);
  • Unable to provide the correct serial number (QR code of base device number);
  • The serial number of the machine (QR code of the base equipment number) has been altered or cleared;
  • After contacting Jiancheng Cloud Vision to confirm the warranty service, the corresponding objects were not sent within 7 natural days and a valid delivery certificate was not provided.

 

2.4 Other notices

  • Jiancheng Cloud Vision may not provide after-sales service in certain regions, and the content of after-sales service policies may also vary from place to place. Fees may apply for services outside the regular scope of service. For local information, please contact Jiancheng Cloud Vision service@giantsee.com;
  • If the tested product does not meet the conditions for free maintenance, Jiancheng Cloud Vision will charge testing fees, material fees, labor fees and courier fees according to the specific circumstances. Customers can choose to pay for maintenance or return the original machine, but the freight incurred during the period shall be borne by the customer;
  • If the repair is not possible due to special circumstances, we may provide replacement parts of the same model. Replacement products or parts provided by Jiancheng Cloud Vision may not be new and packaged, but they must be in good working order and at least equivalent in performance to the part being replaced. Replacement products or accessories carry the same warranty for the remainder of the original product’s warranty period.
  • Please note that product maintenance may result in data loss, please backup data first;
  • If the delivery address you provide is wrong, or the recipient refuses to accept it, the resulting loss shall be borne by the customer;
  • The customer sends the product to the warehouse or repair center of Jiancheng Cloud Vision without communicating with Jiancheng Cloud Vision, and the loss caused by it shall be borne by the customer;
  • In order to ensure your normal rights and interests, when signing for the goods, please check whether the products are in good condition (whether there is any damage caused by logistics and other reasons). If there is any abnormality in the product, please give us feedback within 48 hours from the date of receipt; otherwise, it will be deemed that your default product is not damaged and has normal performance.
  • According to the after-sales policy of Jiancheng Cloud Vision in your area, you may need to bear the shipping cost of returning, repairing or replacing the product.

 

3. Return

Returns are eligible for returns if all of the following conditions are met:

  • Within 7 natural days after the customer receives the product (including 7 days from the date the customer receives the product), the packaging is intact and unopened, which will not affect the secondary sales, and a valid purchase certificate can be provided;
  • Within 7 natural days after the customer receives the product (including 7 days from the date the customer receives the product), the product has its own quality problems, which are confirmed by Jiancheng Cloud Vision.

 

Returns will not be processed in any of the following situations:

  • If the return request is made after more than 7 natural days from the date of receipt;
  • Unable to issue valid purchase certificates or documents, or forge or alter the documents;
  • The packaging has been unpacked or the outer packaging is damaged, affecting secondary sales;
  • If the goods are returned due to the damage caused by transportation, but the goods damage certificate issued by the transportation company cannot be provided.
  • Product damage caused by unauthorized repairs, modifications, etc.;
  • Damages caused by the provision of services (including upgrades and extensions) by anyone other than the representative of Jiancheng Cloud Vision;
  • Product damage caused by accidental factors or human actions;
  • Failure or damage caused by irresistible factors (such as fire, earthquake, flood, voltage instability, etc.);
  • Failure to provide the correct serial number (QR code of the base device);
  • Tear up and alter labels, machine serial numbers (QR codes of base equipment), etc.;
  • After contacting Jiancheng Cloud Vision to confirm the return service, the corresponding item was not sent within 7 natural days and a valid delivery certificate was not provided.

 

4. Exchange

You can enjoy the exchange service if you meet the following conditions:

  • Within 15 natural days (including 15 days) after the customer receives the product, the product has its own quality problems;
  • Within 15 natural days (including 15 days) after the customer receives the goods, the goods have quality problems due to transportation, and the transportation company can issue a cargo damage certificate;

 

In any of the following situations, no exchange will be accepted:

  • A replacement request is made after more than 15 natural days from the date of receipt;
  • Unable to issue valid purchase certificates or documents, or forge or alter the documents;
  • Incomplete replacement products, incomplete outer packaging, accessories, gifts, and manuals, damaged replacement products and outer packaging, affecting secondary sales;
  • If the goods are damaged due to transportation, a replacement is requested, but the goods damage certificate issued by the transportation company cannot be provided.
  • Product damage caused by unauthorized repairs, modifications, etc.;
  • Damages caused by the provision of services (including upgrades and extensions) by anyone other than the representative of Jiancheng Cloud Vision;
  • Damage caused by failure to use, maintain, or store in accordance with the requirements of the product manual, or damage caused by human behavior;
  • Failure or damage caused by irresistible factors (such as fire, earthquake, flood, voltage instability, etc.);
  • Failure to provide the correct serial number (QR code of the base device);
  • Normal discoloration, wear and consumption during product use;
  • Tear up and alter labels, machine serial numbers (QR codes of base equipment), etc.;
  • The customer refuses to provide any problem-related materials or refuses to cooperate with Jiancheng Cloud Vision to detect product problems;
  • After the inspection by Jiancheng Cloud Vision, there is no quality problem in the equipment itself;
  • The product cannot be used due to the consumer’s own network;
  • After contacting Jiancheng Cloud Vision to confirm the replacement service, the corresponding items were not sent within 7 natural days and a valid delivery certificate was not provided.

 

5. Accessories Warranty

Warranty service is available if all of the following conditions are met:

  • During the warranty period, the quality problems of the product itself caused by non-human factors;
  • Provide valid proof of purchase.

 

In any of the following situations, the warranty will not be processed:

  • Application beyond the warranty period of the product;
  • Product damage caused by accidental factors or human actions;
  • Failure or damage caused by irresistible factors (such as fire, earthquake, flood, voltage instability, etc.);
  • Using the product in a harsh environment leads to damaged accessories and products, such as strong wind, rain, sand and dust, etc.;
  • Damage caused by failure to use, maintain and store according to the requirements of the product instruction manual;
  • The customer refuses to provide any problem-related materials or refuses to cooperate with Jiancheng Cloud Vision to detect product problems;
  • The accessories themselves have no quality problems identified by Jiancheng Cloud Vision, and they are damaged accessories caused by human factors or incorrect use of accessories;

  • The accessories must be used according to the guidelines, and Jiancheng Cloud Vision is not responsible for any other possible losses caused by improper use.

 

Return and Exchange Conditions

  • For products purchased on the TeamFree official website of Jiancheng Cloud Vision, within 7 days of receiving the products, if the products are in good condition and unopened, which will not affect the secondary sales, you can apply for a return without reason. For orders returned without reason within 7 days, only the payment for the goods will be refunded, and the fees incurred during the transaction of the order will not be refunded, including taxes, round-trip postage, etc.
  • For the products purchased on the TeamFree official website of Jiancheng Cloud Vision, within 7 days of receiving the products, if the products have quality problems, we will provide you with a return and exchange service. Jiancheng Cloud Vision will bear the basic cost of exchange and return, including taxes and return postage.
  • For the products purchased on the TeamFree official website of Jiancheng Cloud Vision, within 15 days of receiving the products, if there is any quality problem with the products, we will provide you with a replacement service. If no spare parts are available for replacement, we will provide you with a return service. Jiancheng Cloud Vision will bear the basic cost of exchange and return, including taxes and return postage.
  • If the product failure is caused by the customer, Jiancheng Cloud Vision does not provide return and exchange services.

 

General return process

  • To initiate a return: please email the product picture/video to service@giantsee.com to let us know your order number and device QR code. Our customer service staff will process your return request within 3 working days.
  • Returning Items: If your return request is accepted, we will notify you of the return address and instructions. We recommend that you choose a shipping method that provides tracking information as we will not be responsible for lost shipments.
  • Return or Exchange: When we receive your return/exchange product, we will inspect the item within 3-5 business days and provide a replacement product or issue a refund.
  • No processing fee for returns or exchanges.

 

Refund:

  • Once your returned product has been accepted and inspected, we will notify you if your refund request has been accepted. If accepted, the refund will be credited back to the original payment method within 2-3 business days.
  • If you do not receive your refund within 2-3 working days, please check your bank account again. Then contact your bank or credit card company. It may take a while to get paid. If you have completed the above operations and you still have not received a refund, please contact us via email service@giantsee.com.

 

Order Cancellation and Amendment

  • Before the order is shipped, the buyer can contact service@giantsee.com to cancel the order or modify the order information.
  • Once the order is confirmed and enters the delivery process, the buyer cannot cancel or modify the order. If you need to cancel the purchase, please do not unpack and use the product after receiving the product, and initiate a 7-day no-reason return process.
